How to Avail Warranty

- Provide Required Details: To help us assess the problem effectively, share any relevant photos or videos showing the issue.
- Troubleshooting Assistance: Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps remotely. If the problem cannot be resolved this way, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Return Instructions: When a return is necessary, follow the packaging and shipping guidelines provided by our support team to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Evaluation
Upon receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it within 7 business days. We will determine whether the issue results from a manufacturing defect or falls outside the warranty due to misuse, accidental damage, or other excluded conditions.
Repair or Replacement

Warranty Exclusions
